There aren’t many lofts in South Philly, so when you see one in the wild, it’s kind of a treat. This one at 11th and Washington is a doozy.

Several minimalist designs are present in the interiors of modern lofts, oak vanity unit , condo, I personally like this type of design since it combines style and functionality.
