From the EPABID’s website:

Enjoy the culinary offerings of 20+ of East Passyunk’s award-winning chefs under the cover of a big top tent. VIP Hour ($50 ticket) is 12-1pm and includes first tastes, premium items, specialty cocktails and a maximum crowd of 300. General Admission ($30 ticket) is 1-4pm and includes wine and beer. All proceeds benefit EPABID’s public safety programs.

This is one star-studded list: Belle Cakery,  Birra, Cantina Los Caballitos, Chiarella’s, Da Vinci Ristorante, El Zarape, Fond, Fuel, Ippolito’s (debut), Izumi, Le Virtù, Lucky 13, Marra’s, Mamma Maria Ristorante, Ms. Goody Cupcake, Noir, Noord (debut), Paradiso, Plenty (debut), Sophia’s (debut), South Philly Bar & Grill, Stateside, Stogie Joe’s, Tre Scalini and Will BYOB (debut).

The food portion is paired with a Crafty Balboa street festival with vendors and live music that will shut down Passyunk from Morris to Dickinson.  This thing is a blast. We highly recommend, even if you just make it to the street fair.
