Brunch will run 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday after that. Expect … standards like Eggs Benedict, French toast and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon and tomato, plus interesting twists on classics including maple grits. PR rep says there will also be more inventive specials from Chef Christopher Lee and Chef de Cuisine Oris Jeffers.
In the drink department, there will also be some intriguing plays on traditional brunch cocktails like a smoky Bloody Mary or a Carrot Mimosa.
