SoPhilly Spotlight: Broad Street condo edition

At some point we’ve all wondered, Who actually lives on Broad Street? Well, we still don’t know. But we do know what the inside of one of their condos looks like.

This week’s SoPhilly Spotlight is a one bedroom, one bath condo at 1324 S. Broad St.

The condo comes complete with central air, a roof deck and parking space. It’s small, only 563 square feet, but the ceilings are tall and the listing price is a modest $199,000.

From Weichert Realty listing:

The condo [is] in a classic brownstone building with a deeded parking space! Enter this third floor unit into the living room which features hardwood floors, high ceilings and great natural light. The living room opens to a well thought out kitchen with granite flooring & counters, stainless steel appliances, a combo washer/dryer & gas cooking.

You can never have too many ceiling fans. This room looks surprisingly open and airy considering how big that tv is.

You can’t tell people you live in South Philly if you don’t have a pink bathroom. That’s a rule.

Suddenly roof decks are everywhere these days. This one seems sad and empty compared to some recent spotlights.

Grass! But the condo’s on the third floor, so would this even be yours to walk on without shoes?
