First Pics: Check out Noord, which opens for dinner tonight

After a deceptively quick build-out, Noord opens for dinner tonight - only two days before the guess we made in January – and chef Joncarl Lachman invited us to take pictures of the lovely corner dining room.

And even if you don’t have a reservation, you can stop by tonight for a champagne toast.

There are about 40 seats inside, and another eight will go on the sidewalk outside. Open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, plus they’re planning to start Sunday brunch “in a week or two.” See the brunch menu here. The dinner menu is posted below.

Even on a cloudy day, the room was flooded with light through those big windows, which will fully open
