Well it’s about time, right?
A sign popped up in the window last week heralding the most anticipated opening of any bakery we could ever think of. We haven’t been able to hook up with owner Andre Chin to find out what the latest holdup was – the latest projected opening timeline was nearly two months ago.
But at this point, who cares? Those fruit crepes will again soon be in our bellies.
The original plan was to increase their offerings to possibly include sandwiches and soups, plus expand their commercial baking process (they supply the bread for Plenty’s sandwiches, for instance). But we’ll have to confirm that this week and let you know. More details to come.
CORRECTION: Duh, yes, it’s opening August 3, not April 3, which is what the headline said for a time. oops.
