I just wanted to comment and clarify what the HOA fees are on the listing 1603 Ellsworth Philadelphia PA, 19146. There are two units, #A and #B. Unit #A has an HOA fee of $100.00 per month, and Unit B has and HOA fee of $120.00 per month. These fees cover water, home owner’s insurance, and electric service in the common areas of the condo.
