The Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation is holding three raffles, and each winner will get a $75 gift card to Urban Jungle, a bottle of wine and dinner for two at either Laurel, Will or Le Virtu. The first winner gets first choice of restaurant.

Tickets will be $5 for one, $10 for three, and $20 for 10.

Money from ticket sales goes to help maintain the fountain, which costs about $6,000 a year, said David Glassner of PARC, which owns the fountain. QOTA, which is always free to get in (raffle tickets are optional), is put on by the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District.

Urban Jungle is at 1526 E Passyunk Ave. and the party goes from 6 to 9 p.m. Drawing will happen about 8:15 p.m.
