Foul odor dooms Lil’ Pop Shop off South Street?

The Lil’ Pop Shop, which opened only six months ago at 534 S. 4th St., just off South, has closed, and the owner smelled something fishy.

OK, maybe not fishy, but the Insider reports that owner Jeanne Chang “was vexed by foul odors from elsewhere in the building. This was hurting business, she said.”

He couldn’t get a comment from the building owner and said Chang was looking for another location in the area.

Hopefully, she’ll get back open around here soon. Check out these flavors: coconut hibiscus, Vietnamese iced coffee, lime mint, creamy mint chocolate chunk, chocolate w/salted caramel brownie, goat cheese w/cherries, lemon blueberry buttermilk.

Yeah, we know it’s snowing outside so frozen treats might not be at the forefront of your mind, but hey, those are some tasty popsicles.
