It appears that the newish brick building at 1233 S. Broad St., sandwiched between the under-construction apartments at the former Armory site and the Lukoil station at Wharton St., has finally lured a tenant.
A zoning hearing is scheduled for the storefront on July 23, though city records only indicate that they’re searching for a “special exception for sit down/takeout restaurant on the 1st floor.”
