Rumor Mill: Is Moonshine in Pennsport expanding into brunch territory?

Let’s face it – brunch is a pretty big deal in this city. No Saturday or Sunday morning/afternoon is complete without a good Bloody Mary accompanied by some sort of breakfast/lunch hybrid meal featuring incredible breakfast meat. Is South Philly getting yet another go-to brunch spot? 

Word on the street is that Moonshine in Pennsport will be rolling out a brunch menu starting Sunday morning.

We haven’t heard anything officially official, but we have heard that — if true — omelettes, waffles and house-made pork sausage could be in the cards for the pub at the corner of Moyamensing Avenue and Sigel Street in Pennsport.

We have an email out to the owners to see if we can nail down more detailed information.
