This home has 3 bedrooms, 1-5 bathrooms and 963 square feet. Guess what it’s going for (we’ll tell you in a moment).

From the listing by BHHS Fox Roach- Center City:

Charming 3 story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with new kitchen, bath and mechanicals, renovated from top to bottom and nestled on a wide block on the north end of Pennsport! Wide open living/dining room with two front windows, wood floors, exposed brick wall, two ceiling fans, recessed lighting and crown molding. The beautiful kitchen shines with its bar counters, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, skylight and a contemporary powder room.

The skylight is definitely a nice touch.

Door out to a large fantastic rear yard that goes through to 3rd St! Wood steps lead to the second floor, with exposed brick and skylight.

Not going to get a lot of sun for your planters, but it certainly is big.

Nice house but why no 2nd bath on the 3rd floor? For $300K + I don’t expect to have to go down a floor in the middle of the night when I have to pee. Maybe it’s a sign of my crotchety old age but I didn’t want to do that 40 years ago either.

The Northern end of Pennsport is the best kept secret! E-Z parking, great transportation, wide open big sky block, low density, two pick parks, E-Z access to center city, shopping and the waterfront!
