Since we all know that the Philadelphia Arts Market couldn’t come together in time for this already-over summer, maybe we can take pleasure in the little things at the huge lot at Broad and Washington?

Anyone know anything about these? It’s in one corner of the lot, whereas the other guerrilla art there is this ramshackle structure that appeared back in November.
