SoPhilly Spotlight: Vintage ‘Hutchinson House’ edition

This is a sponsored SoPhilly Spotlight. To get your listing featured, email albert@passyunkpost.com.

For this week’s SoPhilly Spotlight, we bring you a cute little number that has so many vintage details it could make you start doing the Twist.

This 2-bed, 1-bath rental home at 2003 S. Hutchinson St. (between 10th and 11th, near McKean) has about 1,000 square feet, a great location and a kitchen straight out of “Leave it to Beaver” (in a cute kind of way). It’s going for $1,550 a month. The place is ready for move-in immediately, and the rent would be free for the rest of October.
