What more can I ask for? Oh, where to start? A hand rail on that staircase to the second floor. A railing or wall in that open area at the cellar steps. Very scary and dangerous areas.
Plaster or drywall ceilings on the second floor. Fewer mirrors.
Give me time and I can come up with more.

Adding a railing/guard/wall to the cellar steps would be my first priority.

The house does have some nice features but it also has some dangerous ones too. It’s certainly not a home for a family with young children.
Not to throw rocks at the hornets’ nest but:

I live a block from Tasker and E. Passyunk and I find parking much more easily near my house than I do if, for whatever reason, I ever have drive down near where this house is.
But then, who cares about parking? Surely no one in South Philly. 😉
@Dan, not to mention that for the same price you can still get a house a block from Tasker & Passyunk!
We live on Tasker a block off Passyunk, and yeah, unless it’s super late we rarely have trouble finding a spot on a day-to-day basis. I can only think of two or three instances in the past year or so where we’ve had to park more than a block, block-and-a-half away from our apartment; Hell, half the time there’s spots directly in front. Anyone who can’t find parking around here is doing it wrong.
For only $225,000 this house is a great deal!

Of course it is!
You’re just picking the listings only if they have sectionals in the photos, now right?
That is not a double oven, that is a broiler, which most ovens have.
The roof deck is nice.

Definitely made some decor choices during the last rehab of this home that aren’t going to settle well with most people. Especially those bathrooms and all the mirrors. Any why is the powder room toilet on a platform?
That toilet is raised because it is in the basement and it needs to be above the sewer pipe.
