This home clearly has a lot of space with 3,960 sq. ft. and 7 separate bedrooms, but in addition to the space inside, it also has a few separate outdoor spaces. Not only do you get outdoor space with a roof deck and backyard space, but there’s an indoor swing right off of the living room just in case it’s too cold to hang out on the hammock outside.

How much do you think this property is going for?

This unique double property on Tasker St. is on the market for $649,000.

Interesting house. Love the outdoor spaces. But, um, they seem to have forgotten to hang a door on the main floor bathroom, the one off the kitchen. While I’m all for open plan this is taking it a bit far.

The bars on the front windows are the perfect, homey touch.

I live a block from here… and it’s also a block from circles. two pros for this place. For someone looking for a bigger property downtown I think it’s GREAT and the value is only going to increase. Also – can we discuss a HOT TUB!

Lots of places have bars on the windows, it’s not the end of the world. Maybe in 20 years you won’t need them in Philly. It’s a decent spot now and it will get nicer.

My very first apartment, way back in 1972, was in this block of Tasker. I had the entire first floor, the basement and the backyard. Those houses are enormous.
