First Pics: Coffee and cannoli shop called Cafe Crema open at 1205 S. 9th St.
In the past few years, 1205 S. 9th St. has been the home of Zoey’s Yogurt Bar and Underdogs.
A new coffee shop called Cafe Crema has been open in the spot next to Geno’s for about 5 months now.
In addition to the various coffees, teas and hot chocolates served by Cafe Crema, there is a selection of cannolis and other baked goods.
One of the main attractions of Cafe Crema is the hot chocolate bar. The bar offers various types of chocolates to try. Ever wondered what parmesan hot chocolate would taste like? You can try it here.

This place is shit. Ridiculously overpriced, horrible staff, and terrible food and drinks. Why would anyone go here when Isgro’s, Termini or Anthony’s are all so close? Oh, it’s the same idiots that go to Pat’s and Geno’s.

Their hours are not 7am – midnight. I drive past almost every day between 8 and 8:30 and they are never open. I checked their Facebook page, which indicates they open at 10am.
The 7am sounds familiar though, so they must have changed it to 10am recently.
This location is cursed. They could put in a “Free money shop” and it would get shut down. How about turn it into public restrooms so all the drunks at pats and geno’s have a place to piss instead of the sidewalk and the cars on E. Passyunk? Nah. That would make too much sense.
