BeerLOVE bottle shop proposed for 714 S. 4th St.

Beer aficionados, this one’s for you.

A new bottle shop has been proposed for 714 S. 4th St. with some new-to-the-city offerings, including a community beer membership, modeled after the Community Supported Agriculture concept of membership.

BeerLOVE

BeerLOVE would be an establishment that specializes in local, craft and rare beers, but will offer more than your traditional bottle shop.

This bottle shop plans to offer 12 oz and 24 oz single bottles that can also be mixed and matched for purchase as a six-pack. The plans also include a small selection of draft beers for growler fills and tastings, snacks, beer-related items and specialty events for customers to learn about and try new beers.

While much of what BeerLOVE is proposing is pretty standard for bottle shops, they’re also planning for some new-to-the-city offerings. One of those plans is for a Philadelphia community beer membership where customers will be able to sign up for a store membership which will also include a monthly specialty six-pack, VIP events and more.

BeerLOVE also intends to be a beer shop of the future with an online and in-store inventory system that will allow customers to browse the inventory through tablets in the store which would let you see product descriptions and ratings.

Another plan is to have the draft beer system using the Randall System, which is a sophisticated filter system that infuses draft beers with a specialty flavoring. This system would be the first of its kind in Philadelphia.

Proposed hours for BeerLOVE are from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and 11 a.m. through 8 p.m. Sunday.

What do you think of the plans for this bottle shop?

It’s Randall System. It was misspelled on the proposal to the QVNA that you copied-and-pasted.
