I don’t want to be overly negative about someone’s home, but this place is ugly. Those color choices are just baffling. The recessed lighting makes it look like a basement, the built-ins make the rooms feel small, and the ceiling fan above the beams is bizarre. For $270+K? No way.

The outside of this house looked a little plain, so I was really blown away when I walked inside. (Maybe the woman who wrote the first comment was confusing it with another house she looked at?) The colors were warm and inviting, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. Right now I have two light bulbs hanging from the ceiling in my basement. Since when does recessed lighting = basement? I loved the recessed lighting. BTW, this place was immaculate, and I love that it had central air (I still have window units). Unfortunately, this is probably out of my price range, but I’d move in tomorrow if I could. Really loved the backyard — why isn’t there a photo of that? 🙂
It’s always so nice when the realtors pop in and comment on the houses they are selling!!!
I am the realtor for this property and did not post the earlier very positive feedback that was posted by an actual buyer who did go into the home and had this genuine opinions. My question is this . how can anyone who is Pro-Philadelphia, Pro-South Phila and a resident in some of the hottest areas in the east coast take a negative spin or opinions about homes they haven’t visited.
Please give me a call anytime and I’m sure i will convince you by seeing the bricks and mortar of this and many other beautiful homes in the area that support the price and style of this lovely home. Should be sold soon and hope to report that more than a few people love the homes and so much So. Phila offers.
