A look at the Triangle Burger.

The newly-reopened Triangle Tavern at 10th and Reed is now offering weekend lunch for the first time since the original restaurant and bar opened in 1933.

According to Foobooz, the menu will include brunch items like ham and egg sandwiches and french toast, in addition to some of their signature dishes like roast beef sandwiches, mussels and new weekend specials like spaghetti carbonara.

Since lunch kicks off at 11 a.m., some more boozy brunch options seem to be fitting.

Similarly, drink service also honors the old while inviting the new. 12 draft beers, an entire list of Negroni variations and Adult Water Ice, available in six different flavors in either a goblet or pitcher, will all continue on from the regular menu. New additions are primarily cocktails and include seasonal bellinis, Blood Marys (garnished with mini meatballs) and house made limoncello.
