It’s a beautiful home on a very nice block. Those hardwood floors are gorgeous. But I foresee having to spend a lot of money on electric upgrades because there are not enough outlets. One outlet in the kitchen? And that horrible outlet in one of the bedrooms? But for $429K the buyer is certainly paying for the location.
