The Renegade Company will be putting on a show in FDR Park for this year’s Fringe Festival that will be a mash-up performance of films like “Planet of the Apes,” “Tarzan the Ape Man” and “King Kong.” This performance will be happening while you go on a guided tour of the park, ruled by the laws of the jungle.

For the event, titled “Damned Dirty Apes!,” you definitely want to wear comfortable shoes, because you never know what’s going to happen on a stroll through the park. Renegade also notes that you should “prepare to get dirty, and don’t stray from the path.” This all sounds pretty intriguing, doesn’t it?

“Damned Dirty Apes!” is directed by Mike Dirken and written by Chris Davis and Sam Henderson.

There are 10 chances to catch this performance from September 9 through September 17. You can buy tickets for the event here
