    Window AC unit in the second floor bedroom doesn’t instill confidence that the “Central air” actually works. But that’s par for the course with all of these rehabs…

        Lol to both comments. I was thinking someone is having hot flashes and the central AC isn’t cutting it.

    It’s a lot of money for a two bedroom, one bath house. And the back yard is tiny. They could have put a powder room on the first floor when it was rehabbed. But the master bedroom is spacious.
