    Window AC unit in the second floor bedroom doesn’t instill confidence that the “Central air” actually works. But that’s par for the course with all of these rehabs…

    It’s a lot of money for a two bedroom, one bath house. And the back yard is tiny. They could have put a powder room on the first floor when it was rehabbed. But the master bedroom is spacious.
