Piece of advice for this FSBO owner. If you are asking above market value, you might want to offer a standard commission to buyer’s agents to motivate them to show it.

What are the yearly property taxes? Also are there any association fees?

It’s a nice enough house, but the price seems crazy for so much pergo, no closets, and a dated kitchen. That corner of Passyunk isn’t nice enough for the price.

This. Houses around here only fetch that price if they’re pristine and require no work. That kitchen is hideous and needs a complete overhaul. Somebody needs to work with a realtor to help them get their head out of the clouds.
