Nicely done. The home prices in Philly are outrageous, just ridiculous–what a profit some builders/developers must be making. Makes me want to move to Harrisburg, great housing there, could get a great rehab there for under 200,000, although not much going on in Harrisburg–one would probably be bored to death and would get tired of looking at the river view.
