This episode of Spotted comes from a Facebook posting from a good samaritan in the Taking our South Philly Streets Back Facebook page.

A neighbor has decided that everyone deserves trees this holiday season, even if you can’t afford to buy one on your own. Located at 808 E. Passyunk Ave., there are a number of Christmas trees placed out on the corner for free.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST…It’s that time of the season again, FREE CHRISTMAS TREES!If you know of a family that is down…

The trees are placed on the corner at the intersection of 6th, Queen and Passyunk for anyone to pick up, but especially those in need.

A big thanks to this good samaritan for brightening the holidays for some with this nice gesture.

We’re sure this isn’t just someone dumping a bunch of trees they couldn’t sell?

Hey at least they thought to do it. they could have just dumped them in the river or lit them on fire. at least this way, someone may get a free tree, and they have less trash on monday.
