Newer windows throughout. This home is tight. It was extended years ago and is much larger than the 840 square feet listed on the public record. So close to Center city just a bike ride away!!

This neighborhood is the most convenient around, every major shopping center just 2 blocks away, Walkscore gives this a 98!! Very easy to show. Come be a part of the Passyunk Square life.

Shouldn’t you disclose that this is your house, Mr Farnsworth?

Nice house but there’s just not much space in those side st homes…even if it was pushed back they still feel cramped to me due to the low ceilings.

Although I’m not a fan of exposed brick the house is pretty. They did a nice job in the bathroom. But that kitchen, ugh. Why didn’t they replace those dreadful cabinets and fake brick back splash? And a toilet in the cellar isn’t a powder room.

Very nice and very good location. But, not best ever. Two blocks north, yes. Saw last week two homes sold on 10xx block of Fernon and Mountain for under $200K, that’s a steal for half a block from the Fountain.

why why why would you waste money on slapping granite counter on those nasty old laminate cabinets??

Otherwise, really nice, especially the window in the old AC hole on the second floor…creative!!
