Breezy’s and OCF Realty feud: cafe closing at end of week, relocating to new location

In November a Craigslist posting appeared for Breezy’s Cafe‘s location at 1200 Point Breeze Ave. The listing showed the 1,400 sq. ft. location up for rent for a new tenant to move in during October of 2016.

Breezy’s Cafe now has a new location lined up as they’re allegedly being forced out of this current spot due to back rent.

The request includes information on the $2,500 per month of rent that was allegedly left unpaid for two months in 2016.

I’m so sad to see that it had to come to this point. It could be such a great spot, but it does have some serious heating and cooling issues, which is sad because they are so fixable.
