Am I the only one who thinks this is crazy inflated? For $1.6MM I’d at least expect the roof to be finished and the turquoise carpet to be taken up and replaced with hardwood. No details of bathrooms and kitchens also makes me skeptical.

There’s a photo of the kitchen in the sixth photo–it has a wall of cabinets along the right-hand side.

There are no detailed images of the kitchen. It barely looks like a kitchen – which I am sure is by design. Not my taste, but I am certainly not in the market for a $1.6MM house.

It’s almost 5000 sqft. It works out to a little over $320 per sqft which is right about the correct amount for the area.
