Lucky 13 opens new upstairs bar space

Lucky 13 Pub has been making some changes as of late.

The bar located just off of East Passyunk Avenue at 1820 S. 13th St. has opened a new upstairs space to expand their location beyond the first floor.

This new space includes plenty more seating, along with the option to play some shuffleboard. Work on the upstairs began in the fall of 2015 and was completed just about a month ago.
