According to an article from Philly Mag, the shops are vacating due to the increasing rents in Old City.

This Bella Vista shop isn’t the only new location for the vintage stores. The businesses will also be opening a 1,600 sq. ft. studio in Frankford. That location will serve as a showroom of the finest pieces from both stores, along with the location of the online inventory for the shops. That location will be open to the public on Saturdays, and by appointment at all other times.

The Bella Vista shop will be open from Wednesday through Sunday.

If you’re looking for some deals on vintage clothing in the meanwhile, the shops will be having a moving sale at their current locations to get rid of some clothing, accessories and antique fixtures. That sale will run from June 8 through June 15 at 60-62 N. 3rd St. in Old City.
