Hostaria da Elio to close at the end of the week in Queen Village
At the end of this week, Hostaria da Elio will be closing at 615 S. 3rd St.
The Italian restaurant has been located in this Queen Village storefront for 16 years.
According to The Insider, 73-year-old owner Sgambati is closing the restaurant to retire.
The last day for the restaurant will be Saturday, May 28.
Hostaria da Elio isn’t the only location on this stretch seeing changes. Directly next door was Karina’s Ristorante Italiano which has also closed. That location is currently up for rent. The Hostaria da Elio location has reportedly been sold, but property records have yet to update to reflect the sale.
