I am sure once you take out all the customized art and the gaudy furniture this would be a nice place. Seriously what is with dude with the sword getting attacked by the snake? Also who puts in a media room in a room with that many windows?
Seriously – take out all the ugly sh*t and it might be a great place!

Hmm, what’s my favorite part? The fact that it’s twice as tall as the house next door? The inexplicable 2 different colors of kitchen cabinets? The gap between the kitchen cabinets and the soffits? The riotous jumble of dramatically veined stone tiles? No, I think the winner has got to be the side by side open arch and interior window giving the master bedroom a full frontal view of the jacuzzi.
Anyone else notice the folded confederate flag on the pool table in picture #35 on the zillow listing? wtf
Taking out all the gaudy stuff on the inside doesn’t change the fact that it’s out of scale and totally inappropriate for that block and the neighborhood. Same with the grey monstrosity next to it that’s been under construction for years. If you want a new construction McMansion, why not move to the burbs?
Well, this is the street that the Villa is on, and it is next door to another house which might be overbuilt for the old neighborhood – but the times they are a changin’.
If you buy this house, do you get to park your cars on the sidewalk despite having a garage, like the other people on this block? Seriously, screw the people who own this house, and the one next to it and the one next to that, who think the sidewalk is their parking spot.
Also everyone on the same block of Greenwich who does the same thing. Assholes.

Its worth a zillion, brother. East Passyunk is the past and the future, wrapped up in a great today.
