La Fusion open in new 11th and Washington location

La Fusion restaurant has moved from 15th and Oregon to a new location in the shopping plaza at 11th and Washington.

Owner Yenh Thivarath previously told us that the Asian restaurant was on the move because of parking problems at its former location. The restaurant has now opened in a second floor spot in a shopping center with a parking lot.

Although this is a new location, expect to see much of the same style of cuisine, but with some hot appetizer and sushi options added to the menu. The design of the new La Fusion location was completed by restaurant designer Raymond Haldeman. Thivarath calls the decor, “sophisticated ambience.”

The soft opening for the restaurant began at the beginning of June. La Fusion hopes to host a grand opening celebration in the near future.

Hours for the restaurant are from Wednesday to Monday, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. You can keep up with La Fusion on Facebook.

Love the interior. Much more space than the old location. Can’t wait to try it out!

Much improved since the last location! It actually provides free parking and the ambience is comparable to hot night clubs. Definitely will be the new hot spot in South Philly!
