    Word to the wise: if you want to modernize that yellow bathroom, get that tub reglazed, don’t just pull it out. Corner tubs like that cost a ton.

    Having just gone through this, it looks like it needs about 100K . Putting in the HVAC is probably the biggest thing but from the date of the kitchen and baths, my guess is there is knob and tube still that will need to be replaced to get a loan.
    Still at 499K you’d have a fantastic place in a terrace location. I just hope someone buys it for themselves because a flipper is just going to make the whole darn thing gray.
