Maybe if was in a more desirable location. Put close to the Avenue, no problem.
The sq. footage seems wrong. This is a 3 stores home. The rooms don’t appear tiny. 2 stories in area often are 875 to a little over 1,000 sq. Ft. The area is excellent, near park, transportation, Grindcore’s Cafe, the Dutch, the Industry etc. and no, I have no affiliations with the owner or agent.
