The school, in partnership with the Philadelphia Water Department, is installing student-designed artwork on storm drains to spread the message and prevent pollution.

From CBS 3:

The kids were dusting, pulling and scraping to stamp street art on a storm drain to help spread a message about keeping Philly water clean. The message: “Only rain should go down the drain.”

The partnership with the Delaware Estuary, Philadelphia Water and local kids has been in affect for 17 years. Anyone attending kindergarten through 12th grade in the city of Philadelphia is eligible to enter their art work, supporting clean storm drains.

Please you ever follow a trail up Synder ave to SP high ? Nothing but cheeto bags, chip bags and soda cans. They need to have police enforce this and a trash can on every corner. Respect people this is the spot you live.
