With stylized details to highlight the personality of the space (especially in the updated kitchen), this 1,400 sq. ft. house is a charmer. For $400,000, this Bella Vista home could be yours.

From the listing:

Charming home on a really great block in the Queen Village/Bella Vista neighborhood. Enter through a sensible vestibule into the main living area.

The kitchen was recently upgraded to maximize the space and make cooking fun. Pass through to the serene patio space, great for relaxing.

Continue upstairs to a pass through bedroom and another bedroom. This great space was used as the den/tv room, but could become a great master suite.

Lots of great architectural and stylized details make this a super comfortable home!

That’s a pretty steep price for what is basically an unimproved house. Only one bathroom and it’s in need of an overhaul.
