New salon opening in former Fringe location on Passyunk
At the beginning of August, Fringe Salon opened its doors at a new, much larger location at Bok. That move left their East Passyunk Avenue location, which was the salon’s home for 11 years, up for grabs.
A new salon called Halo Hair will soon be opening in that storefront at 1728 E. Passyunk Ave.
At this time we don’t know much about the new salon, but a peek inside of the location shows that they’re starting to get everything set up for business.
