Roly Cow Creamery is opening soon at 1647 E. Passyunk Ave., serving Thai-inspired ice cream rolls.

From The Insider:

Unlike the other shops specializing in rolled ice cream, Roly Crow will have expanded offerings including espresso and drip coffee and various hot chocolates. He’s working with NYC’s Joe Coffee on the program, which will include nitro coffee and tea.

A peek into the location shows there’s still a lot of work to be done to make the location ready for opening day, but according to The Insider, Roly Cow’s debut could still happen later this month.
