Ummm, in what world is that house “better” than this one?? Not even close. West of Broad is where the deals are.
Not to mention, that stretch of 15th is actually pretty beautiful.
Great location? Not yet, but it will be eventually. Similar to what graduate hospital looks like but in 4-5 years. Look at all the progress Point Breeze has seen since 2011. Its only a matter of time.
If you are in the market for a $350K home, this is a nice one for the location.
Seems to be off market. Too bad, it’s a really nice house.
