This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom just renovated home is unlike any other property in the area, hands down. The marriage of sleek modern style and industrial design, have created one gorgeous home. The design, style, fixtures and attention to detail, are like no other. From the front door your eye travels through the entire first floor open floor plan, over the chocolate colored wood floors, past the exposed vents in the living and dining space, and to the corrugated metal detailing throughout the kitchen, which spans the entire rear of the home. The home updated throughout, including brand new central air and ducts, electric, plumbing, a new roof, all new finishes inside, and more.

The large modern kitchen boasts so many awesome features, it is hard to include them all. The cutting edge look includes a generous amount of sleek white cabinets, custom glass tile backsplash, warm grey quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas stove with matching vent hood, both over and under cabinet lighting, an oversized breakfast bar and pendant lights.

The expansive bathroom features unparalleled details including a frameless glass shower with custom tile, deep jetted tub surrounded by white subway tile covering two of the walls floor to ceiling. The toilet is set off in a separate space, accessed through a sliding barn door, which also encompasses an additional laundry closet, large enough for a full size washer and dryer. Tying the look together is the feature wall, with corrugated metal and an oversized floating vanity with illuminated mirror. Make sure to look down and admire the wood-look ceramic tile with driftwood finish laid in a stunning herringbone pattern.

Enter the master bedroom through the sliding barn door to view the eye-catching reclaimed wood wall, with exposed brick chimney. The spacious master has two windows that let the light flood in, as well as a large walk-in closet, with another barn door entry, and built in shelves and rods. The feature wall, walk-in closet and finishes, add a level of design that other master bedrooms would be jealous of. The second bedroom is in the rear of the home, separated by the bathroom, and has an expanded closet and ceiling fan. The rear yard has plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining, grilling, etc. The basement was freshly painted to provide a large storage space with shelving / workbench area that can be used in many ways.

Pretty sure it’s made out of stainless steel.

      Still ugly though.
