SoPhilly Spotlight: The 3,500 square feet edition

SoPhilly Spotlight: The Twin Edition

If you’ve ever walked down a little side street called Castle Avenue (between Moore and Morris, and 13th and 15th) you probably noticed that the block is a little different than the rest of South Philly. The stats: 2,400 square feet, central air, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hardwood floors, plenty of closets and ceiling fans for $429,000.

It seems that 608 S 10th St is already under contract because the listing has been removed from the Kurfiss Sothebys International Realty website. But no matter. It’s not like you were going to buy it anyway! The house, listed for $920,000,  is 2,500 square feet but only 3 bedrooms, which means there is a lot of room leftover for common areas and a loft space.
