2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Homemade wine festival, now in its 17th year, is a celebration of the art of home winemaking, bringing together amateur vintners from across the city to share their creations, sample Italian food and trade production tips.
In addition to the local winemakers, a slew of wine and food vendors will also be on-hand, including Santucci’s, Tony Luke’s and Capital Wine & Spirits, and 98.1 WOGL DJ Bob Pantano will be providing the event’s soundtrack, a mix of big band, Motown and country.
Advance tickets for the festival include all food and drink and can be bought at Vendemmia’s offices at 1841 S. Broad St. for $45 apiece, or online for $50. Day-of tickets will set you back $55. The park is at 21st and Porter and the event goes from 2 to 6 p.m.
