Instead of your normal cheesesteak from Pat’s wit or wit-out onions, today you can order a “cheesesteak” wit kelp granules, broccoli rabe and Muenster cheese. Sounds a little odd from Pat’s, doesn’t it? The 85-year-old establishment is launching the first
