It looks like Fond and Grace and Pat’s will be getting a new neighbor in 2016. Adding to the array of food options on East Passyunk Avenue, Perla, a new Filipino BYOB, will be opening in the long-vacant building at 1535 S. 11th St.

Karina’s is moving next door to Fond across from the fountain

Karina’s, the Italian-Spanish BYOB that is being replaced by Le Virtu’s Brigantessa, will be moving into the building next to Fond at the East Passyunk fountain.
