Consignment boutique for sneakers opening at 12th and Passyunk

Earlier this year, Addiction Boutique closed at 1713 S. 12th St. and was replaced by a short-lived consignment shop called Jillayne’s Boutique. Hopefully the next place coming in here has better luck.

Addiction Boutique closing up shop at 12th and Passyunk

Addiction Boutique, which has been located at 12th and Passyunk since June of 2013, is closing up shop.

The boutique, which sold plenty of bold clothing options, was owned by Alicia DiMichele, who herself has a colorful history with mob connections and a stint on VH1’s show, “Mob Wives.”

3 more buildings for sale at 12th and Passyunk; potential for ‘significant increase’ in rent

A month after the Interior Concepts building was put up for sale for a whopping $2.9 million, a three-building package a couple doors down has come onto the market for about $2 million less.

The package is going for $985,000 and includes 1709, 1711 and 1713 S. 12th St., at Passyunk and Watkins. 1709-11 is the dollar store, and 1713 is “Mob Wife”-owned Addiction Boutique. The listing says that all the leases, including for the four apartments on the second and third floors, are month to month, providing “potential for significant increase in rental income.”
