The East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District says that the free event will string along four blocks of Passyunk, from Broad to Dickinson, from noon to 5 p.m. Twelve Passyunk businesses will be selling food and drink out front of their places, and 10 food trucks will set up to feed the thousands that are expected to attend.
Congratulations to Dean Stankiewicz, who won the contest for the $25 gift certificate to the POPE!.
Dean came by our table at the East Passyunk Car Show yesterday and entered the contest by signing up for our awesome weekly newsletter, which sends you the best of the week, plus some ideas for the weekend (You can sign up with that form at the top left of the home page).
Besides that, the car show turned out to be packed, and we got to meet a lot of great people before the torrential downpour came around 3:30 p.m. No matter, we squeezed in a few good hours of rain-free reverie. Thanks to Adam Zdanavage (@AZphotographics, AZ Photography) for capturing some of the best entries yesterday. Take a look.
