1225 S Carlisle St is in Point Breeze, and it’s cute as all get-out. $259,900 seems a tad high, but this is a nice renovation only one block from the Ellsworth-Federal subway station. AND it has an angled staircase. We don’t know anyone in South Philly with an angled staircase.

Whoever buys this house can charge admission just to walk up and down it a few times and pretend you’re in a Victorian.
